From Raleigh  
  Depending on your location in Raleigh you’ll want to take either Hwy 70 to 85 South (North Raleigh) or I-40 West to 147 North (South Raleigh).  From there follow the directions "From 85 South" posted below.
From Durham  
  Depending on your location in Durham, get on 85 South or 147 North (the Durham Freeway).  I am the first exit after 147 N merges with 85 South (Exit 170).  Note the directions from 85 South below.
From Chapel Hill  
  Take 15/501 North to 147 North (the Durham Freeway).  147 North will then merge with 85 South.  From there follow the directions "From 85 South" posted below. 
From Greensboro  
  Take 85 North/40 East.  When 85 and 40 split, take 85 North toward Durham.  From there follow the directions "From 85 North" posted below.
From 85 South  
 

From 85 South going toward Greensboro, NC: 

Take exit #170 off of 85 South (the first exit after 147, the Durham Freeway, merges with 85)

Go RIGHT off the exit ramp at the FIRST light onto PLEASANT GREEN ROAD

Go 1/5 of a mile (i.e., drive about 20 seconds) and take the FIRST LEFT onto a DIRT ROAD (my driveway)*

Fork RIGHT immediately

Go ½ mile down the dirt road (see lake on left, cross over bridge, etc.)

Stay LEFT at the fork in the road

I’m the farm house at the end of the road on the left--you can't miss it 

*If you start to go downhill on Pleasant Green Road and cross over the Eno River you’ve gone too far!!  My driveway is long but you’ll make it I promise!!  Just in case my cell # is 919-219-6811 and my address is 4809 Pleasant Green Road Durham, NC 27705.

By the way, it feels really odd going down my driveway because you feel like you’re in the middle of no-where but you’re actually only 8 minutes from Duke and about 5 minutes from downtown Durham. 

From 85 North  
 
From 85 North going toward Durham, NC:

Take exit #170 off 85 North (start looking for it once you pass the exits for Hillsboro, NC)

Go down the exit ramp and immediately get into the LEFT lane

Take the first LEFT (more like a U-turn) just before the yield island at the bottom of the exit ramp

Get in the RIGHT lane immediately and go UNDER the highway bridge (don't get back on 85!!)

Go RIGHT at the first light onto PLEASANT GREEN ROAD

Go 1/5 of a mile (i.e., drive about 20 seconds) and take the FIRST LEFT onto a DIRT ROAD (my driveway)*

Fork RIGHT immediately
